BSKDA (Kyokai) Announces National Dan Examination 2025

The Bangladesh Shotokan Karate-Do Association (Kyokai) has officially announced the National Dan Examination 2025, scheduled to take place this December in Dhaka. This national-level examination provides eligible black belt practitioners and senior kyu students an opportunity to test their technical skill, discipline, and understanding of Shotokan principles under certified examiners. Participants will undergo evaluations in kihon, kata, and kumite, ensuring comprehensive assessment across all core areas of karate. The examination will be conducted by an appointed panel of senior instructors and technical advisors from BSKK (Kyokai), following strict examination standards and protocols.

This year’s exam emphasizes technical precision, discipline, and continued improvement—values that the association upholds across all affiliated dojos. Eligible students are advised to prepare thoroughly, maintain regular training, and communicate with their instructors regarding documentation and registration requirements. Detailed guidelines, timing, and venue instructions will be announced soon.
