Leading the Advancement of Authentic Shotokan Karate in Bangladesh
Bangladesh Shotokan Karate-Do Association (Kyokai) is one of the most respected Shotokan organizations in Bangladesh, representing a strong legacy of traditional karate excellence. Established in 1992 by Md. Moazzem Hossain (Sento) under the approval of legendary master Kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa, 10th Dan, the association continues to carry forward authentic Shotokan principles with dedication and integrity. BSKDA (Kyokai) is affiliated with globally recognized bodies including SKIF Japan, WSKA, SASKA, WSKF, and the Bangladesh Karate-Do Organisation, strengthening its international presence and technical foundation.
Many of the instructors within the organization are regarded as living legends, contributing decades of expertise to the development of Shotokan in Bangladesh. Through structured training, standardized examinations, and consistent support for national athletes, BSKDA (Kyokai) remains committed to producing disciplined, skilled, and competitive practitioners who uphold the true spirit of Shotokan Karate.
